  • Below Grade

  • Apply with a ½” nap roller or a heavy duty airless sprayer

  • Average coverage is 30-35 sq ft/gal

  • For use on insulated concrete forms, concrete, metal, wood, or asphalt

     

    Advantages

    • Flexible to move with expansion and contraction of the applied surface

    • High solids-content builds a thick waterproof coating quickly

    • Does not become brittle

    • Water clean-up

    • Contains no asphalt

Wall Finishing

 

FLEXIBLE CRACK-RESISTANT COATING THAT LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE STUCCO

  • Above Grade

  • Trowel on product over metal lath

  • Average coverage is 30 sq ft at 3/8” thick

  • Mixing Formula:

    - 50 lbs of white graded sand (fine or medium)

    - 1 gal of STUCCON

Electrical Boxes

 

Save the extra work and time by installing PVC electrical boxes and conduit prior to pouring Perma Form Vertical walls.

Cut a hole in the form’s panel the size of the electrical box

  • Insert the box with attached conduit prior to pouring- conduit needs to be taller than the height of your Perma Form Vertical wall

  • Secure electrical box with a two foot 2x4 and waler brackets

  • After pouring, wires can be slid down inside the conduit to the outlet or switch

Door & Window Buck System

 

 

The Buck System allows doors and windows to be formed in Perma Form Vertical walls. Made out of LVL material, the bucks can match any core thickness providing a solid frame for installing windows and doors. Special grooves in the bucks provide water control and securely attach the buck to the concrete.
